Michael was born and raised in Slovenia.  His  Mother is  Austrian and his Father is from Split, Croatia.   Indeed,  by the time  he was a small child, he had family living throughout the world.  Summers in Paris, holidays in Great Britain, visits to America , friends in Germany, and with it came  the  fluency   in the  five languages he speaks today.

 Mihael's interest and passion for the Arts  came early on.   His father was  first an actor then a theater manager, and Michael spent endless hours in the theater watching and listening and learning.   He was hooked .  His career path was set .   He attended the dramatic arts  secondary school in Ljubljana.   As a teenager, he traveled to various song  festivals around Europe, individually and  with a  troupe from Slovenia.    Then University.    He graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts  in Zagreb,Croatia  as a Stage Director, then it was  to the Vienna Music School  for a degree in voice.

 His first few years after university were spent mostly as a Stage Director in Slovenia and  making  sporadic  appearances  as a singer.;  with  little outlet in the Balkans  for his real passion     performing  in musical theater.    But in 2006  the opportunity came  when he starred in and directed  " Cabaret. "  It was a huge success 

 Now,  although Michael  still accepts some directorial assignments,  his focus  is performing.  He is one of those rare talents  who can do it all, sing, dance ,act, an ENTERTAINER.   He is more comfortable on stage than in a recording booth.

 Today he regularly performs concerts  with full orchestra and band  in a wide range of musical styles from  musical theater, french chanson, jazz, pop, and opera.  He has released  several  pop hits in Croatia and Slovenia..

Now, he is expanding his career  throughout  Europe
